What We Do

Project Delivery Methods

On Point Management and Risk Consulting has experience with a wide variety of project management methods, including detailed design-build, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), build-to-print, and design-bid-build.

Cost & Schedule Control

We perform many types of design-build and construction projects, which provides greater accuracy in cost estimating, fewer problems during construction, and realistic design and construction scheduling. Our design engineers, cost estimators, and construction managers have the experience to complete projects on time and within budget.

EPC & Risk Management

On Point provides EPC and design-build services, including the implementation of a risk management task force for the setup of any project for land development, commercial, multifamily and single family residential construction.

Surveying

We also provide comprehensive surveying services. Our land surveying covers boundary, subdividing, ALTA/NSPS, as-built/after-built, land title, topographic, and elevation certificate surveys, and our construction surveying includes utility paving and layout, project stationing, project site control, clearing limits, pre-construction TOPO, building pads and corners, and certified dirt volume.
